How to change the template in the new Blogger
To change the theme (template) in the new Blogger interface, we must access the “template” tab in the left side column in the blog settings panel.
Clicking on the “customize” button, we will access the templates that are made available by Blogger itself, called Template Designer.

By clicking on “edit HTML”, we have the option to edit the template that is in use.
And to backup the template or send a custom template, click on the Backup/Restore button.
